I don't know about that. Without the portable capabilities what is Nintendo Switch? As a stand alone home console would it be able to compete with PS4 or XBOX One? I kind of don't think so, it's looks like it could be a cool "all in one" console that is more aimed at a casual audience. I think it will be successful and if it sells good maybe it will get more serious third party support, but I don't see myself wanting to play Red Dead Redemption 2 on Nintendo Switch o...
I like it as a home console and maybe once in a while a portable. But playing multi player with those tiny little controller bits that don't even match looks terrible. How can it even be fair when the controller is not the same for both players? Not to mention it looks like you can barley even hold the tiny things. Overall that aspect of the console looked kind of awkward to me, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
Can't really disagree with you 4Sh0w.
It's damn crap. I was hoping it was good, still no reason for me to buy an XBOX One.
Gamespot gave it a 7 and said the multi player is good but the single player campaign is garbage. I'm a single player gamer so I'm out. I'm really disappointing with the direction of so many games these days, and the focus on multi-player. This isn't call of duty, the first Gears of War was actually started as a story driven shooter with great atmosphere not damn multi-player. When they show the commercials and trailers to advertise the game, they show story and dramatic song...
Game looks like shit from the videos I've seen.
I saw a video where you go into a place where a photographer is shooting a pinup model and you start killing guys and the girl runs off terrified but the photographer just stays the same way working away like the model is still there and nothing happened. Overall the AI looks ridiculously generic and the gameplay looks clunky and repetitive. From what I saw, the game did not impress me at all. I'm not surprised by this...
My favorite horror game of all time.
Other countries get 100k. Just kidding, I have no idea.
No Man's Sky killer? LOL, you're not killing much.
I've seen the previews hyping it up, saying it's GOTY, such an emotional game.
I just don't see it, what's emotional about a walking piece of paper? I've never played the game and I probably never will, just doesn't seem like something I would be interested in. And I'm a sucker for emotional story games like Final Fantasy or The Last of Us but Journey just doesn't look interesting to me. Does it have an emotional story? Like the piece of floa...
When it came out has nothing to do with how good it is. I've never played it so it's new to me. It should feel to me like when it first came out. Shouldn't it?
People aren't seeing it like that though. They think if you're going to upgrade you might as well go all the way, so the PS4 Pro is getting criticized for not being powerful enough, they think the PS4 Pro should be the PS5.
It doesn't make sense to me, I think it's too early for a new gen, but that's the way people have decided to think, Instead of giving Sony credit for cutting the PS4 price to $299 and also providing an affordable upgrade option for pe...
Lots of games are getting ported, devil may cry, Borderlands trilogy, Bioshock trilogy, Dead Rising trilogy, Skyrim, Final Fantasy 12, Call of Duty and many more. That's what defines this gen so far, last gens ports. Screw them, I don't want them, I already played them last gen if I wanted to.
I buy none of this crap. I hate how this gen has gotten away with turning into the generation of last gen ports. Only last gen games I played on PS4 were Gta5 and The Last of Us, but I hadn't gotten that far in either of them. TLOU was a masterpeice while GTA5 came so close to the end of the gen, so I can understand bringing it over but now every last gen game is being ported to make a quick buck and it's bullshit. Don't buy any of this shit so they stop doing it, why the hell ar...
This also reminds me of another reinvention of the series sort of like Resident Evil 4. I bet those people are not totally human, they're mutated or possessed by something, kinda of like those Spanish villagers from Resident Evil 4, and that thing they wanted him to eat is probably what turns you into them. I don't know... it just came to mind.
It looks pretty badass, it just doesn't look like Resident Evil anymore though. This looks more like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets the Hills have eyes or something.
Yeah it's cool that they're going back to horror because the last few installments have been more action, but I was hoping they would eventually return to zombies, which is what made Resident Evil in the first place and what I think Resident Evil really is. I was hoping Capcom would return the se...
This is just me personally, and it's maybe crazy but if that leaked story turned out to be real, I would be a bit disappointed actually. Because they jumped too far ahead, I like Ellie how she was too much... I don't want to lose 5 years, the coolest 5 years really. I don't want Ellie to be grown up yet. So I wan't them to instead not jump that far ahead and make the sequel part prequel also, something kind of like The Godfather 2 the movie, where it jumps back and fourth, and...
double post sorry.
Of course it shouldn't. That's the whole point of the game.
Then people obsessed with their Nintendo 3DS are hardcore gamers? Hardcore is not the right word then but you know what they mean. The traditional gamers, you know the core gamers who play consoles at home on HDTV's and play story driven and online games like Grand Theft Auto, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, Dead Rising, The Last of Us, Gears of War, Call of Duty, The Last Guardian, Fallout 4, Destiny, Bloodborne, Dark Souls 3, all those core games that usually retail at $59.99 on releas...
